Year 3: Rock Day & Times Tables

Year 3 had a rocking start to the week as we launched Times Table Rock Stars with a very special Rock Day. The children came in dressed as rock stars and enjoyed a lively assembly that introduced them to the world of TTRS. It was the perfect hook to capture their imagination, giving them a fun and memorable first step on their times tables journey.

This is the first year that Year 3 pupils are using TTRS, and the impact was clear to see. The children left the theatre buzzing with enthusiasm and are already keen to practise and improve. With plenty of hard work and a little star power, they will soon be taking on the rest of the school in battles and building the fluency that will support them in every area of maths!
